Wise Construction Company, Inc. is a full service General Contractor headquartered in northwest Dayton, Ohio. Founded by the late Warren C. Wise, the company has been actively involved in the Southwestern Ohio construction arena since 1983. We specialize in new construction and major renovation of commercial and industrial buildings as well as churches, healthcare and educational facilities. Under the ownership and direction of David F. Abney II, the company's long-time president, Wise Construction continues to find new and innovative ways of providing high quality, dependable construction services.

Wise Services, Inc. is a labor-hour subcontractor, formed in 1993 by then partners Warren Wise and David Abney, to provide specialized construction services to the Department of Energy's Fernald Closure Project in Ross, Ohio (1993-2006). Under the management of Phillip Thompson, Wise Services has received numerous Safety Awards including one million, five hundred thousand hours without a lost-time injury. Wise Services has also completed a lab relocation project for Argonne National Laboratory at its Miamisburg, Ohio Mound facility and is currently engaged at the DOE's Savannah River site in Aiken, SC.

Wise Construction Management, Ltd., the newest affiliate of the Wise Construction family of business concerns, was established in 2001 by David Abney. Wise Construction Management has successfully completed a number of joint venture projects for the Ohio Schools Facilities Commission. WCM is now forging its way ahead in the industry based on the solid experience of its leadership and the cohesive teamwork of its dedicated staff, all of whom have worked together for at least a decade, some for over twenty years.

Wise companies presently employ a combined staff and workforce of approximately sixty employees on sites in Ohio and South Carolina.
